when you get on the table there is a change you dont get back up, people should remember that.
so unless the doctor did something stupid or is not qualified in one way or another they should not be sued.
It makes medical bills alot more exspensive. It also makes doctors want to retire alot earlier so they don't have to put up with peoples crap. Takes all the enjoyment of helping people out.
