anyone heard of this?! Sounds like a decent idea. I just recently heard about it so I figured I would spread the word.

anyway I have nothing to lose turing my lights off for an hour from 8 to 9 so I figure ill participate this year.
 
In my area of existance we have what is known as daylight savings time. So now that we have moved our clocks forward an hour we can have sunlight or dusk until 9 PM many days so can easily not need the lights. ;)
 
yes....and the same where i live....however at 8 o clock in march its still dark enough to start using lights.

Its not just lights anyhow....tv, appliances, unessentials.....
