I was going to say 18-30, but you asked for a source.
The source says 20-30.

Enmos I can find all-sort of diff opinion on this another common one is Erik Homburger Erikson early adulthood is considered to be between 18-40.

But I wondered what would be the official definition, although there might not be one.

For men it is between the ages of 25 and death for we never really grow up!

For women it is between the ages of 20 and 40.
