My Question is:
Once we start exercising is it compulsory that we have to continue forever and in the mean while if we stop for any reason, leads to obesity?
It probably will lead to weight gain if you don't change your eating habits to match your exercise habits. If your burning less energy but still putting the same amount in, well there you go
Well if you're a body builder then it is best advised you keep exercising. If not they can have massive weight gains with their eating habits. Also if you stop exercising your endurance takes a nose dive and you have to start all over again to reach such endurance levels.
my two cents on this is yeah we do have to keep exercising forever. not necessarily heavy body builder regimens everyday. but physical activity is a need, not just to keep from obesity.
