There is nothing known that even comes close to this, and the DNA is only half efficient, as it was made to store quad chemical code. DNA as we know it, is thus both a hard drive, and the code on the drive, that programs us, and every other type of life as well. So are we just machines made in a lab, just as we now design life forms, to do various jobs?
