The absolute worst use of Biblical prophecy, is to create some monsterous revenge fantacy where an audience is allowed to gleefully imagine how all of their enemies will soon be tortured and destroyed. And these sick novels allow its audience to savor every pathologically lurid detail. Such books are not only false theologically, but they are extremely sinful and destructive in that they encourage a hateful and vengeful attitude towards others, rather than encouraging Christian tolerance and a love of your neighbor. There is no anticipation of a Rapture and no prophecy of the church as the body of Christ is given in the Old Testiment, also nowhere in the book of Revelation is any of a Rapture of the church occurring either in the process of the Tribulation it self or at the time of The Day of The Lord, which is also referred to as The Second Coming.
The basic doctrine of the Rapture was left to the apostle Saul/St.Paul, through special revelation from his god, to reveal later in 1 Thessalonians and the other Epistles.
As you read, you will find out that Saul's Lord Jesus Christ and the Beast that St.John wrote about are of the same violent wicked spirit, having the same character and personality .---> a vengefull destroyer and killer,---violent and wicked.. When the Son of Man, the King to come is known, you will find out the character and personality of those that worship Saul's Lord Jesus Christ by their actions, not their words, and their vengeful wickeness will be reveal to the whole world who Saul's Jesus Christ really is. "YES, the time is coming that whoever kill will think that he offers God service. And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father nor Me." - ( John 16:1-2)

St.John's Revelation of the Beast's power to destroy and kill.
