Denmark will be 100% Down Syndrome Free

I found this quite interesting that a country is taking aggressive action to eliminate all cases of Down Syndrome. I applaud Denmark for taking aggressive action on this. It not only save heart ache for the parents, but also for the human suffering from this serious malfunction.

This appears to be more about early pre-natal diagnosis, and the fact that many people when informed of the fact that the fetus has the syndrome, make the personal choice to abort the pregnancy.

It might be splitting hairs, but I see nothing at all about Denmark taking any unilateral agressive action to eliminate Downs however.
