Men at work have been found to be in breach of copyright to the new owners of "Kookabarra sits in an old gun tree" because of a tiny 10 second piece of this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNT7uZf7lew which surposedly is from that song (in case you miss it, its the bit where the guy is sitting in the tree). Now the orgional song writer never cared but suddenly because it was bought by this multinational the men at work are expected to pay 60% of the profits for what amounts to 3.41% of the song. The song came out in the 70s and its NOW ended up in court.
