Anyone whos country provides free access to this have you guys had trouble getting in recently?
Acording to the NICS it should automatically give me access to the whole liberary because i have a .au IP address on the computer but when i tried to get an artical for a friend here all i could get was the frame.html and i cant get into even the summery of the artical let alone the whole artical.
