Hello,

To get Chronicity, Latencies of any disease or disorder and resistant to any drug, is it necessary to have:-

1. Genetic predispositions.

2. Genetic Mutations

3. Encapsuled state--cancer in tumor, latent TB etc.

4. Inflamatory condtions--infectious and non-infectious

5. Damages to long life cells--neurons, T cells.

Do cells with short life-span are only related to acute stage of any disease?

Best wishes.

There are chronic diseases that are caused by opportunistic pathogens. These may or may not be influenced by genetic predisposition, but they have nothing to do with mutations. Thus, your list of necessary requirements for chronic disease is incorrect.<P>

Don't these come under:-

3. Encapsuled state--cancer in tumor, latent TB etc.

4. Inflamatory condtions--infectious and non-infectious
