The Catholic Church is the highest lawful Authority,
to whom governments should look for guidance,
appointed by God for these purposes,
and whose union is signified by her singular Pontiff,
the vicar of Christ on Earth
and her teachings are the fullness of Truth,
without flaw or error, they are NOT mere opinion,
nor are they misled by pseudoscience.
