Catholic Bible (Vaticanus) is Arianism

Woody, St. Jerome translated the Vulgate. In St. Jerome's day there was no complete Latin translation. There didn't exist a Vulgate before St. Jerome. And of course, the Vulgate was put into use immediately by Latin speakers.

Arianism considered Christ "lesser" in divinity than the Father. Origen is a another matter. Origen was in error in some points, but he never denied the divinity of Christ, not to my knowledge.
