Hi! I'm not sure whether this is a proper place to post this, but I suppose somebody can help me...

Anyway, I just stumpled upon a very beautiful and sweet music and after listening to it a few times wondered about its meaning. I suppose it's in Urdu, can somebody please translate it for me, preferably muslims. Here comes the Urdu lyrics:

Hain ap dukhyon ke aaqa sahare, Taje shafa at hai sar pe tumhare
Ham ko aata ho roze ki jaali, sare nabi tere dar ke sawali
