Can I finally get some clarity on the Druze religion?

Sorry for being so ignorant about it, but I so far failed to find what exactly they stand for.

At least on the Political front I am aware, that those in Israel are loyal to the Zionist Israeli democratic state and those in Syria are loyal to the Syrian Bahatist totalitarian oppressive state.
