Break down internal scar tissue

Is there a way in which internal scar tissue can be broken down? As in inside of the body.

Why would you want to ? They can remove scar tissue with a laser.

They'd probably need to do a surgical reconstruction. I've seen massage damages from liposuctions gone awry, but the external scarring beats anything internal. And is hard to conceal or repair.

Yeah that's the part that sucks internal scarring is just not possible to remove and without surgery that makes it harder. Sigh. That's the part that sucks. I don't want surgery but it is messing with my life.
