Book Suggestions & Guidance

The more I read, the more I realize how much there is to learn. Anybody have good book suggestions on ESP, honing phsycic ness, connecting with spirits, and meditation? I know have have potential but lack knowledge. I am getting excited and ahead of myself. I know everyone warns about forcing obes and astral projections. I trust in the universe and know that things arrive when they are supposed to. But i think I need help to realize my spiritual path. I am feeling very stiffled by living in a big city and desperately need to work on meditation while finding my way to nature.

I would appreciate ANY comments, advice, words...Thanks

Stalk your local libraries' collection, you'll see which authors you like/dislike. It's a good way to get general basic info in various areas for free.

If you only keep reading, nothing is going to happen. You need to take a breath, and practice what you learned. Slowly.
