blind Justice

I was never really sure what this meant, but blind justice was the idea that justice should be blind to race , age, and sexuallity correct? Someone give me some insight?

blind justice means there is NO leaway for circumstances

if u kill u get x punshiment wether he was trying to rape ur daughter, kill 10000 people or walk across the street

Basically, it tries to correct the problem of everyone having an excuse for being a criminal. The "don't blame me, I was (insert appropriate psychological defence here) as a child!" generation.

Well, yes, aside from being a counter for the "Guilty, but with several good reasons" mentality, it is also designed to make everyone equal under the law, meaning that no one is above it, president, and common citizen alike are subject to the same rules, and should be tried under the same system, with the same rules, and the same penalties.
