They don't seem to have got any votes. (see above)
I think that in these posters they were trying to get people to vote SVP.
(Any swiss people about who can let us know?)
 
If they are so averse to foreigners why don't they just stop all immigration into the country? Why take in people and then ridicule them?

I believe that they'd try to do that next. Good on them. One does not, surprisingly, have the right to immigrate to any country one chooses.
 
In Malaysia it is impossible to become a member of any government organisation unless one happens to be an ethnic Malay and Muslim.
There's another method. It has been quite effective... perhaps because in the current climate of anti-western rhetoric it has gone largely unnoticed and unremarked upon.

Internal violence and displays of intolerance have a habit of becoming more frequent wherever multiculteralism is embraced and practised.
Disaffected youth and a national lack of identity is more prevalent in those nations in which multiculterism has become the norm.

There is little ground more fertile for breeding intolerance than having tolerance forced down your throat.

Agreed, no disagreement there. Unless of course, you happen to be white and well armed and not averse to mass genocide.:p

That wouldn't be immigraiton though would it? AFAIK, the only countries being invaded (colonized) today are whites ones (all and only) by non-whites.

Well, actually, both of those groups fought tooth and nail to prevent being over-run by whitey. I seem to remember scalping and spearings from my history lessons. Don't get me wrong, I sympathize. Every invaded nation/tribe has a right to fight back, and should not be looked down upon for taking up arms against an invader, white, asian or black.

Although I don't see it as exactly similar, since both groups were nomadic. I find the Spanish conquer and destruction of the Aztec Empire as a greater act of theft than settling land which nomads may or may not be frequenting at the time. Permanent civilizations have a greater claim to land than nomads.

But anyway, this begs the question of why so many people (upon looking back) support the Native Indians and Aboriginal resistance to white immigration, yet when the situation is reversed (white natives trying to keep immigrants out of their country), everyone screams 'racist!'.

Doesn't a country have the sovereign right to determine its demographics via regulation of immigration?

So the swiss had colonies or do you just lump all people with fair complexion together? Hmmmm, where have I seen that type of behaviour before?

It has to do with some treaties they signed on human rights. Not sure about the details but that's basically why we (the netherlands) kept on letting foreigners in when we had a rightist majority in the parliament...

I dont know anyone who says he/she is anti racist. I heard people sya they are non racist but anti racist. And waht do you ean anti racist means anti white, how is that possible. are you saying their are white hating whites or something??

I'm exposed to a lot of Malaysians during my study, and the ethnic Indians, Chinese and Malays all openly admit that there is overt favouritism shown to the ethnic Malays in Malaysia.

The disaffected youth and lack of national identity is precisely what has occurred in Australia after embracing 'multiculturism'.

Just for comparison, I want to mention how Israelis respond when one asks why they don't allow a right of return for the Palestinians. The usual answer is "If we did this, Israel as a nation would cease to exist." Translated: Israel as a Jewish majority nation would cease to exist.

Isn't it interesting that such an explaination is seen as valid by the vast (or if not vast, significant) proportion of the world. Yet if a Westerner/whitey were to oppose immigration for the exact same reason (an influx of immigrants would tear the demographic to pieces), they would be branded 'racist'.

Why is this?

Why is it acceptable for Israel ('The Jewish nation') to retain its homogeny, whereas it is 'racist' for many Western nations around the world to do the same?
