One thing is for absolute certain, whatever is going on at area 51 is not ET, or even top secret black projects (maybe to a certain extent, some black project aircraft testing)....Area 51 is infamous the world over, people spy on it, shit I live all the way down in Aus and I have a good idea of what is happening there, I have detailed satelite pics on my PC of the place, etc etc etc...my point is that area 51 is probably no more then a decoy these days...if the loons (i.e. us) focus on that then the real freaky stuff is all that much better concealed. Would you be testing TOP SECRET, ALIEN, or any other extremely sensative shit in a place that draws so much attention?????? you'd be insane if you did. Its very valuable to the powers that be but not because there is anything of real value in there....
