Are employers who hire illegal immigrants for low wages engaged in slavery?

I can't see why it is different from which pool they choose their workers. If they are paying crap wages and the jobs are crap then the people must feel forced to take crap to survive or keep their kids alive. Be they citizens or not they have no other option. So it would be slavery in both cases, if it is slavery in one. Wage slavery.
Of course they should on many levels. They do not pay taxes for those illegals so they are in violation of many tax laws.
no they arent enguaged in slavery but yes they should be prosecuted .. a slave is someone you own and force to do what you want.. they work for low wages because its like anything would you take a lazy ass person and pay them 15 dollars an hour or "in my experiences working with illegal immigrants" a very hard working person for 4 dollars an hour
