anyone know the pH level of the average Anaconda's stomach acid

he/she meant stomach acid: it is hydrochloric acid...but in larger amounts than humans...and longer time. pH=2

Just a quick note in passing: that's not at all surprising because hydrochloric acid, and at a pH level of 2, is common to practically all animals on the planet.
