An interesting dream segment (Kung Pao)

This was not a lucid dream but I found this excerpt a little
disturbing. I was in a large fighting arena and was being
introduced to my opponent. It was scary, the guy was showing
off his moves by practicing roundhouse kicks, crazy upsidown
kicks, and flipping about all over the place with Bruce Lee like
sounds. What made it even more scary was the guy happened
to be an employee of mine in real life!

So the fight begins. He comes charging at me and I pull off some
kinda weird pseudo-telekenetic punch that sends the guy flying
off into a wall (leaving a nice little impression). He is totally fucked
up at this point but for some reason I know I have to 'Finish Him'.
To do this I just cast a spell (I'm already doin' crazy stuff so why
not?) and it transforms my opponent into a multi-segmented
cross between a caterpillar and a scorpion (approximately a
foot long). Next I go ahead and pick up my buggy little opponent
and toss him into a pit (which just seemed to exist conveniently).
Once in the pit, bugs began coming out from the sides of the pit
floor and proceeded to quickly remove and consume (I suppose)
all the segments of my opponent.

I wonder what Freud would have to say about this.
