Anytime someone does something like this in the dead of night, you can bet they know they're doing something wrong.

:m: Peace.

Great to see some common sense in the judiciary.

On a side note...doesn't Georgia's new flag have "in god we trust" or something like such printed on it?

oh thats not entirly true, they just know they are doing something somone would stop them doing in the light of day. But seriously, why does there have to be such an agressive element among christians? If they dont want to live in a nation that has separation between church and state, and will only accpet a state that obeys thier christian morals then why not negotiate for some land to start thier own durn country? This is the USA and in the USA we dont let the church set policy.

again from alabama comes another bright light, a bush nominee to the 11th circuit court of appeals, bill pryor

*He is for states' rights, the death penalty and school prayer, and against abortion rights, expansive anti-discrimination laws and federal regulation.

* Pryor wrote that Roe v. Wade is "the worst abomination of constitutional law in our history," and compared homosexuality with necrophilia, bestiality, incest and pedophilia in a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court.
