The week past, a journalist made me an interview and published it in the page of the newspaper today. It is in the following newspaper:

"Alega haber recibido un Premio Nobel, ..." -> "He claims to have received a Nobel Prize, ..." but we think he's lying.
"Un día en el año 2005 compré [a CD Encyclopedia]. Y me tocó leer “El Átomo”. Aquí en Venezuela no enseñan la física como en otros países y no conocía el átomo." -> "One day in 2005 I bought [a CD Encyclopedia]. And I had read "The Atom". Here in Venezuela they do not teach physics like in other countries and did not know the atom."

From the university, it does look like Venezula does indeed teach physics much like other countries, including discussion of the atom: http://fisica.ciens.ucv.ve/~np/?q=content/programacion-docente-ii-2011

I speak of, physics high school. No, the University. I studied at a Polytechnic and we saw cleses of physics 1 and 2 and they never taught me that it is the atom, only very strong equations.

I think what victor is telling us is that he's never studied any physics, has no idea what he's talking about, and makes up nonsense which he posts on the internet.
