It means NBC-2 makes hurricanes. Democrats' plot against the Republicans. What else could it possibly mean?

here's a question ...

What if we discovered a 3,4 and 5 in subsequent hurricanes? how would you react to such phenomena? would you write it off as coincidence?

The human brain is basically a big pattern recognition computer. It finds patterns and shapes where none exist.

That's why you see a number here, it's just random chance that your brain makes into a recognizable pattern.
